All products sold by DARTEX Mart are brand new, unless otherwise specified.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
- Orders placed on DARTEX Mart are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.
- Payments must be completed in full before shipment of goods.
- Ownership of goods remains with DARTEX Mart until full payment is received.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted shipping providers to deliver your orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
DARTEX Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions.
Shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged products reported within 12 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for detailed procedures.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
7. Warranty

8. Limitation of Liability
DARTEX Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including loss of profits or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
