Shipping & Delivery Information

Fast, reliable, and secure shipping across the UAE and beyond. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders.

Delivery Areas

UAE: All 7 Emirates – including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain
GCC: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar
International: Selected countries in Europe, subject to shipping rates and customs clearance

Shipping Timeframes

UAE Orders: 1–3 business days
GCC Orders: 3–7 business days depending on country
International Orders: 7–14 business days (customs delays may apply)

Orders are processed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Saturdays will be processed the next business day.

Order Timeliness & Tracking

When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.

We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers' tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

Shipping Charges

UAE: Free delivery on orders above AED 500. A flat AED 25 applies below this amount.
GCC: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
International: Shipping rates vary and will be shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link.

Most deliveries within the UAE are handled by top-tier local couriers
GCC and international orders may ship via DHL, Aramex, FedEx, or partner logistics networks

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to our facility. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Important Notices

Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.

DARTEX Mart will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any countries sanctioned by the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in accordance with UAE laws.

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact our team immediately at connect@dartexmart.com.

Do you offer same-day delivery in the UAE?

Same-day delivery is available in select Emirates for certain products. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing the order.

Are customs duties included in the shipping cost?

For UAE orders: Yes. For international orders: Customs duties and import taxes are not included unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.
